The Service provides educational market commentary, including automated posts, charts, and access to a members channel and dashboard. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Paid membership is billed at $29 per month (or the price shown at checkout) on a recurring basis through our third-party payment provider until cancelled. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
You may cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the content, "calls," or members channel access with non-members, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
You acknowledge the Disclaimer above, that content is educational only and based on a simulated account, and that all of your financial decisions are your own.
All content and branding are owned by The Money Lisa. The X and Telegram marks belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any trading or investment losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment, hosting, messaging, analytics) or as required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
